How to be more productive at work:

-What should I cook for dinner?

If you (like me) struggle with the afternoon slump, try this:
Dealing with the afternoon slump isn't just about pushing through fatigue.
It's about changing your approach to stay energized.
1) Get creative
-Switch to tasks that let you brainstorm with pen and paper.
-This switches you out of your routine thinking and will feel less draining.
2) Step away from the desk
-Got a call? Turn the video off and take a walk.
3) Drop the beats
-Hit up your Spotify Wrapped playlist and get a solid jam session going.
-This sounds incredibly lame and simple, but it's INSANE how big of a difference it makes
